Nutritional plans and advice by the Program’s Director would greatly add to the physical wellness of the participants.

The Buttercups Yoga Coach Zafar Shah, is affiliated with RYT200 at ULU YOGA SCHOOL, Thailand, recognized by “International Certificate 200 Hour Teacher Training with Yoga Alliance”.
Yoga Pakistan is Zafar’s passionate and thoughtful project for the wellness of children, teens, and adults. At the Buttercups, he’s being involved with the yoga-based programs and work with individuals and families for their well-being.

The Power Up Program

The Power Up Program’s Coach Nabeel Anwar, is Health and Physical Education Practitioner. He has MPhil in health and physical education and has exceptional achievements and experience of 16 years in the field. His vision is to support the physical well-being of young children and youth via sports. He believes that extra-curricular activities such as playing sport are vital for one’s optimal physical and mental growth and development. Through Buttercups Nabeel’s agenda is to promote training that would enhance confidence and various skills in children and youth that are helpful in shaping their personalities.
